The hotel is conveniently located close to a major transportation hub, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance during my stay. The rooms were stylish and clean. the hotel had a modern and crisp design throughout.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there was no laundry service available, which was inconvenient.

Lakeside Lake is close to the hotel. Tanglang subway stop is walking distance to the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shenzhen North Railway Station, making it easily accessible by MTR. the rooms are new and clean, with branded amenities like hairdryers and do not slip stickers. the staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist guests with their needs. Price is affordable and offers great value for money.
The hotel is still expanding, resulting in some noise disturbances.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even helped me out when I needed cash and provided me with tea bags when I wanted a cup of tea. The price for my room with a kingsize bed was unbeatable at only RMB 197. The location was also very convenient, just a short 10-minute taxi ride from Shenzhen North Railway Station.

For a budget accommodation, the hotel had some surprisingly good amenities such as a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the location couldn't be better with easy access to the railway station and other key parts of the city. the staff was always available and approachable.
The building, although new, could use some maintenance work such as cleaning the carpets and providing better drainage for the wash basin. Some of the rooms had no windows, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, which is just a short ride away from Shenzhen North Railway Station. The ease of getting here by MTR was a big plus for us. The service provided by the staff was outstanding - they were always friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our needs. The room amenities were top-notch. From the mini-bar to the sitting area, everything was designed with comfort in mind. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The room also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and an am/fm alarm clock. We were also impressed with the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. we were very pleased with the facilities and services offered at this venue.
Although this place is expanding, we found the cleanliness to be lacking. The toilet could have been cleaner and there was a slight smell.
